What you will do: 

• Take ownership of guest requests and follow them through to successful completion
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service upon arrival and departure to ensure our guests first and last impressions of the hotel are memorable
• Coordinate and manage requests from hotel guests in relation to business services, luggage storage, and rooming
• Work closely with the Reception team making sure the Check in Check out process is smooth and efficient 
• To assist the Head Concierge with day to day tasks and cover the front door when required

• You will have previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel
• Proactive in approach with a self-driven attitude
• You will have excellent social interaction and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• You are knowledgeable of London in order to assist guests with their bearings and meeting their requirements
• A working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, although not essential
• You hold a full, clean driving license (as you may be asked to assist with the parking of guests cars)
