JOB SUMMARY

Working as the Luggage Porter, you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work. You have a distinctive, warm and ‘can do’ personality that makes all our guests feel at home, no matter what the request. You work calmly under a high-pressure environment so that our guest can focus on what is important to them. You have a passion for providing friendly, courteous & proficient service to our guests within all Front of House areas. You always ensure that our service is kept at its highest standard. Your tasks as a Luggage Porter will include but not be limited to:

·         Provide a warm welcome and farewell by assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

·         Ensure guests comfort by making all necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels.

·         Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms. 

·         Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
