The Concierge position plays a vital role in the provision of excellent service to our hotel guests acting as a key point of contact for guests seeking information or assistance in relation to hotel or local services and activities. Offering a 24 hour service the concierge desk is the hub for organizing guest activities and must respond to wide ranging and varying requirements.
The warm welcome and service from our Concierge team enhances the experience guests have of our genuine, authentic hospitality which requires the skill of exceptional professionals.
You will be expected to draw on your own excellent knowledge of the hotel, local area and the relationships you have built with local business owners and suppliers to ensure that guests’ requests are met in a timely fashion.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you may have formal hospitality training or a relevant qualification - what will set you apart is your in depth knowledge of London and the areas local to the hotel. You will have experience as a concierge and will have worked with a luxury brand to enable you to appreciate our environment and guest profile.
As the role is demanding and fast paced you will possess excellent organisational and problem solving skills .You will be able to communicate clearly and build relationships with both guests and key contacts both inside and outside the hotel and will demonstrate a can-do attitude and approach to delivering service excellence.
