THE ROLE - BELL PERSON

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bell Person to join our Concierge team.  This role reports directly to the Head Concierge and Duty Manager, and assists in the running of the hotel.

The successful candidate will promote the desired work culture around our company’s core values.

Main responsibilities include:

• Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial.
• Welcoming guests to the hotel in assisting with their luggage, manning the main entrance, and dealing with any last minute enquires.
• Liaise closely with the concierge team and help where necessary.
• Provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to all our guests in order to reflect the NoMad standards.
• To be an ambassador for NoMad as well as someone who embodies our values and behaviours.
• 5-day work shift per week during the day
