We're looking for a Breakfast/Brunch chef to take ownership of our Breakfast service and provide our customers with the most important meal of the day! The position will see you cooking for our hotel guests and then for any guests who join us for brunch. 

The hours will be from 7am-12pm, 5 days a week. There may be an opportunity to pick up extra hours for prep during our busy periods.

The job in a nutshell

  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene

  • Learn how to manage ingredients, prep, plating, and kitchen safety

  • Support the team during busy service times and contribute to a positive kitchen environment

  • Take every opportunity to grow your skills and confidence

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine interest in food and cooking

  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

  • Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

  • Ability to take instruction and work calmly under pressure

  • Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
