Due to exciting changes at the Conningbrook, we are seeking a Night Porter to better serve our Customers and provide them with a seamless experience whilst staying with us...
Expectations of the position include (but are not limited to)...
- Completing the 'Night Porter' duties as laid out by the General Manager, to include cleaning public areas, resetting the bar area and restaurant, setting for breakfast, setting conference rooms; to set the business up for success the following day!
- To be on call to provide our customers with emergency support during their stay with us at night, acting calmly and professionally whilst doing so.
- To be responsible for the security and safety of the building out of hours.
- Previous administrative experience within a hotel would be advantageous for this position.
This is a night-work position with expected hours 11pm-7am, 4-5 days a week, exact hours can be discussed at interview.
