The Role: Internal Recruiter

Reporting to: The Group Human Resources Manager with a dotted line to the Hotel General Manager


Position Overview:


The Internal Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting the internal recruitment efforts for five prestigious hotels based in Ireland and UK. This position requires a seasoned recruiter with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions within the hospitality sector.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in internal recruitment, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, from entry level to senior management positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is preferred.
