The Address Collective is hiring an Internal Auditor—an exciting opportunity where you will report directly to the Head of Internal Audit. In this role, you will oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting, with a focus on both internal risk audit and GDPR management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits for individual businesses, offering recommended solutions to improve their existing Group Internal Audit methodologies.
- Perform internal risk audits to assess and identify potential risks, ensuring that internal controls and processes are effectively managing those risks.
- Oversee GDPR compliance audits, ensuring that all data handling and processing activities meet the regulatory requirements of the GDPR.
- Document high-quality information to support audit findings and recommendations addressing key priorities, including risk management and GDPR compliance.
- Support other activities completed by the Group Internal Audit team, contributing expertise in risk and GDPR-related areas.
- Communicate concise updates on assigned tasks to the Head of Internal Audit clearly and concisely to ensure accurate and efficient results.
- Develop strong relationships and interactions continuously with all teams within the office.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Chartered Accountant or Chartered Internal Auditor with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in internal auditing.
- Proficient in audit methodologies and standards, with experience in internal risk auditing and GDPR management.
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations and risk management frameworks.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
