Description

At Copain, we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with the craft of a true boulangerie, now expanding into full-service dining at our new Ballantyne location. By day, guests will find hand-crafted pastries, naturally leavened breads, and artisan coffee, while in the evening the restaurant transforms into a polished dinner experience. Our approach to food is ingredient driven, seasonal, and rooted in honest cooking, designed to highlight quality and care in every dish.

We are hiring an experienced Front of House Manager to join the opening team at Copain Ballantyne. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, guide and support the service team, and ensure each guest experience reflects Copain’s refined yet welcoming approach to hospitality. You will play a key role in training staff, managing floor presence, and partnering with leadership to open this new location and introduce Noble Food & Pursuits’ signature standards of service and craftsmanship to the Ballantyne community.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in restaurant leadership, ideally 2+ years in a management or supervisory role in a high-volume, full-service setting.
  • Strong communication and hospitality skills with the ability to lead a team in providing genuine, attentive service.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage scheduling, oversee floor operations, and resolve issues with professionalism.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee front-of-house operations to ensure consistent, efficient, and professional service.
  • Train, coach, and develop the service team to deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality.
  • Engage with guests throughout service to maintain strong relationships and uphold Noble Food & Pursuits’ standard of excellence.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operational planning to ensure smooth execution of each shift.
  • Support the General Manager in tracking key performance indicators, improving overall team performance, and achieving business goals.
Why Join Us

  • $50,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Paid time off to maintain balance outside of work.
  • Employee dining discounts across all Noble Food & Pursuits locations.
  • Opportunities to cross-train and grow within a diverse portfolio of concepts.
