At Copain Ballantyne, we bring that same standard into a full service setting while also supporting a strong retail and grab and go program.
We are looking for a Prep Cook / Line Cook to support both daily production and service execution. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, stays organized, and can move between prep and line responsibilities with consistency and urgency. You will work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to help ensure guests can count on fresh, high quality food across restaurant, café, and retail offerings.
