We are looking for a couple of strong Servers to join our team as we head into patio season. With warmer weather and a busy spring and summer ahead, we are focused on adding polished, capable hospitality professionals who can step in and truly own the floor. This role is best suited for someone who is confident in full service dining, comfortable guiding guests through food and beverage selections, and able to deliver warm, attentive service while keeping pace in a high energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver polished, attentive, and genuinely warm service throughout each shift
• Own your section with confidence, urgency, and strong attention to detail
• Guide guests through the menu with a clear understanding of dishes, ingredients, cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Make thoughtful recommendations that enhance the guest experience and support sales
• Manage pacing, coursing, and table maintenance to ensure a smooth and memorable service
• Support both dining room and patio service with professionalism and consistency
• Complete opening duties, side work, and closing responsibilities thoroughly
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and leadership team to keep service flowing at a high level
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dining room environment

What You’ll Bring

• Previous serving experience in a polished full service restaurant
• Confidence in food and beverage knowledge, including wine and cocktail recommendations
• Strong awareness of guest needs and the ability to read a table well
• A professional presence and clear communication with guests and teammates
