Description

At Copain, we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with the craft of a true boulangerie, now expanding into full-service dining at our Ballantyne location. Our approach to food is ingredient driven, seasonal, and rooted in honest cooking. The kitchen is focused on simple technique, strong execution, and consistency every day.

This is an opportunity to help build and establish a strong dinner service within a growing concept. We are looking for chefs who want to set the tone, build the team, and hold a high standard from day one.

We are hiring a Sous Chef to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne. This is a hands on leadership role working alongside the Executive Chef to drive execution, develop the team, and ensure the kitchen operates with structure and accountability.
