Description

Brassiere Copain  is a full-service French inspired brasserie and bakery rooted in craftsmanship, hospitality, and genuine connection. Located in Ballantyne, Brassiere Copain blends an elevated dining experience with an approachable atmosphere centered around thoughtful food, strong beverage programs, and attentive service.

As part of the Noble Food & Pursuits, we believe hospitality is built through consistency, professionalism, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

We are seeking a Bar & Wine Manager to serve as a key front of house leader within the restaurant. This role is not solely focused on the bar, but rather helping lead the overall guest experience and day to day restaurant operations while also bringing strong wine, cocktail, and spirits knowledge to support beverage execution, ordering, staff development, and guest engagement.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who can confidently run shifts, support the floor, coach service teams, assist guests with beverage selections and pairings, and help elevate the overall dining experience through strong operational leadership and beverage knowledge.

We encourage candidates to visit www.noblefoodandpursuits.com to learn more about our concepts, culture, and commitment to hospitality and craftsmanship.
