We have an exciting new opening for an experienced Cocktail Bartender / Barmaid to join our Club.
About the role:
Serving anything from your morning coffee to your after work classic cocktails, there is never a dull moment at Coppa Club.
About you:
You’re passionate about building a rapport with new people, remembering your regulars and what they like, anticipating needs, and ALWAYS finding ways to make sure your guests feel special. You always contribute in creating a fantastic experience for our guest.
• Previous experience behind the bar in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Experienced: Barista, Cocktail Maker and Wine Connoisseur
• Excellent organisation and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of closing and setting up a bar
• Money handling
• Stock and waste accountability
• Available full time and flexible to work evenings, weekends and most holidays

Coppa Club is an open, inclusive space which offers something for everyone. Our all-day non-members club overlooks the Maidenhead Waterway directly in the town centre. The open plan space offers a 60-cover restaurant for dining, a large circular bar area for drinking and a snug area for working and winding down. Our menu focuses on thoughtful, unfussy, European food from small plates and snacks to grilled mains, sourdough pizzas and healthy salads.
Outside there’s a glass covered terrace which can be enjoyed all year round. We are open from early morning until late at night, seven days a week. Drop in for a coffee and stay for dinner. No-one outstays their welcome.
