We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in London.  We are looking for someone creative, entrepreneurial, and experienced in leading a large team of unique pubs. You will be a renowned people developer with the ability to inspire your team and promote our amazing people culture. You’ll have a passion for pubs and be committed to your career in hospitality, and in return we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.

Package

• Salary from £84,000 - £94,000 per annum - dependant on experience
• Annual bonus scheme up to 30% of salary
• Company Car (driving license essential)
