Maintenance Controller - Up to 32k plus bonus

We're looking for a Maintenance Controller to join the Property Team! You'll be based at our office in Wandsworth, supporting our Building Surveyors and Pub Teams by operating our responsive maintenance support service.  You'll also be supporting the teams in planned preventative maintenance, capital replacement and compliance across the Young's Portfolio. This is a fast paced role and working knowledge of hospitality businesses is desirable. This is a desk based role in Copper House.

Key responsibilities:

• Offer front line support to our retail operations colleagues ensuring we deliver a high quality repairs and maintenance service to all our pubs.
• Help all users with any ProNett related queries and troubleshoot any problems
• Monitor all in progress repair orders chasing contractors for updates and feedback to the business.
• Where necessary raise repair orders or request quotations on behalf of retail colleagues
• Ensure the Company’s premises and operating licences are not endangered at any time.
• Assist the Building Surveyors in the management of statutory compliance planned maintenance activities.
