Operations Manager - Young's

We're looking for experienced Operations Managers to lead our teams within the Greater London and Surrey Areas.

Were looking for creative, entrepreneurial operators who are experienced in leading a large team of people who run individual, unique pubs. You will be a renowned people developer with the ability to inspire your team and promote our incredible people culture.   You’ll have a track record of managing an area of GMs to grow their businesses, have a passion for pubs and be committed to your career in hospitality.

Young’s pubs and hotels are at the heart of our local communities in London and the South of England. Our award-winning design approach means excellence in ambience as well as service and location. From poetic pubs steeped in history to secret underground cocktail bars, the character and individuality of each of our premises give them a unique feel. Our pubs have style and soul, and the people who work with us have pride in our culture and passion for the work they do.

We are also keen to meet experienced Operations Managers who could be the future leaders of our teams who are not based in London or Surrey -  we have pubs all over the South of England - you can see a map of our estate at https://www.youngs.co.uk/our-pubs.

Package:

  • Salary from £90,000 - £97,000 per annum - dependant on experience
  • Annual bonus scheme up to 30% of salary
  • Company Car (driving license essential)
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • 20% discount in all Young’s pubs and 30% discount on overnight stays.
