We're in the market for a new Chef de Partie to join our thriving team at our stunning site in central Nottingham called Copper City. We're really proud of the pub and the offering and now would be an awesome time to join the team.

Copper City is well known for serving a very good standard of British gastro-pub food, and we're looking for a CDP to join the ranks who showcases a passion for all things seasonal food. Ideally, the perfect Chef de Partie will come from a similar, fast-paced & fresh-food kitchen, so they can continue the good work done by the existing kitchen team. 

There is a real opportunity to learn and develop in the kitchen at Copper City, including several amazing training programs alongside some great employee assistance benefits too. Red Cat Pub Company offer over 40 other premium & foody operations nationwide, meaning progression is never too far out-of-reach for the ideal Chef de Partie who is showcasing promise.
