We're on the lookout for a new superstar General Manager to lead the team at Copper City in Nottingham. This premium Nottingham pub is one of our most awesome sites, so we are thrilled to bring this opportunity to the market.

Copper City is nestled in the bustling city centre of Nottingham, is truly loved by the locals, as well as attracting guests from further afield, looking for an awesome pub experience. It boasts an excellent dining and drinking option, with not only stunning fresh and seasonal food, but also a cracking selection of beers, wines and spirits. This opportunity is offered as an Interim assignment and will thus be an initial fixed-term contract. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are both immediately available and have experience of running high street, quality pub establishments.
