Hosts play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional dining and entertainment experiences that reflect our brand promise. They are responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving Guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, hosts are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.
The right person will be passionate about food and wine service and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition and previous experience working as a server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant and/or entertainment setting.
Qualifications:
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English
• Necessary Alcohol and/or Food Handlers Card Certification
• Good telephone speaking and listening ability
