Reception supervisor

 Opening in Autumn 2026, Hyde & Seek will join Marriott’s Tribute portfolio, bringing a new kind of boutique energy to Hyde Park. It’s an exciting time to join us as a Reception Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front of House Manager in the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office, ensuring service flows effortlessly and standards are consistently met.
  • Curate a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the distinctive spirit of Hyde and Seek Hotel.
  • Anticipate guest needs and handle requests, feedback, and service recovery with empathy, efficiency, and style.
  • Champion personalised service by recognising returning guests, preferences, and special occasions.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to create a seamless and elevated guest journey.
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming Front of House environment, ensuring the lobby reflects the hotel’s character and energy at all times.
  • Play an active role in shaping the guest experience, contributing ideas that bring creativity and personality to the Front of House.
  • Represent Hyde and Seek Hotel with pride, embracing its connection to the local neighbourhood and community.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Hotel Reception supervisory role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of Front Office operations, with a hands-on and detail-driven approach.
  • Positive, curious, and open-minded, with a collaborative approach to teamwork, someone who brings personality, curiosity, and creativity to the role, embodying the spirit of Hyde and Seek Hotel in every interaction.
  • A true ambassador for Hyde and Seek Hotel, bringing personality, creativity, and pride to everything you do.
