It’s an exciting time to join us as a Restaurant Supervisor.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with Hyde & Seek brand standards. The role leads and supports the restaurant team, maintains high service standards, and contributes to creating memorable dining experiences while achieving departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring service was delivered in line with Hyde & Seek brand standards.
  • Leading and motivating the restaurant team to provide exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and ambience across all dining areas.
  • Ensuring consistent compliance with Hyde & Seek service standards, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Handling guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service and smooth operational flow.
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Supporting revenue growth through effective upselling, cost control, and achievement of departmental targets.

    About You
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service standards, and team supervision.
  • Professional, friendly, and solution-focused approach when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, front office, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
  • High attention to detail in service delivery, cash handling, stock control, and operational reporting.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve service excellence.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining brand standards.
