F&B Supervisor

It’s an exciting time to join us as an Breakfast Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support the F&B management in delivering smooth and efficient breakfast and restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality are consistently met.

·       Act as a key point of contact on the floor, confidently leading service and supporting the team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

·       Ensure food and beverage service is delivered to Hyde and Seek Hotel standards, with strong attention to presentation, timing, and consistency.

·       Support, guide, and motivate team members during service, helping to maintain focus, energy, and professionalism at all times.

·       Maintain strong knowledge of menus, beverages, and daily specials to confidently assist both guests and colleagues.

·       Ensure the restaurant and bar areas are clean, organised, and fully prepared for seamless service.

·       Monitor stock levels and support inventory control, helping to reduce waste and maintain availability of key items.

·       Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

·       Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bar, and wider F&B teams to deliver a cohesive and elevated guest experience.

·       Represent Hyde and Seek Hotel with professionalism, leadership, and pride, setting the tone for excellent service.

About You:

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage in a hotel.

·       Strong understanding of breakfast, restaurant and bar operations, service standards, and team coordination.

·       A confident leader who can motivate, guide, and support the team during busy service periods.

·       A natural host with a guest-focused mindset, ensuring exceptional service at all times.

·       High attention to detail across service delivery, team performance, and guest satisfaction.

·       Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.

·       Professional, organised, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.

·       An ambassador for Hyde and Seek Hotel, bringing leadership, personality, and pride to every shift.
