It’s an exciting time to join us as an Assistant F&B Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all outlets.

·       Provide friendly and attentive service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

·       Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including restaurant, bar, and back-of-house spaces.

·       Develop strong knowledge of menus to confidently assist guests with choices and dietary requirements.

·       Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and seamless service.

·       Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.

·       Assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as preparing for service periods.

·       Represent Hyde and Seek Hotel with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

About You:

·       Minimum 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage role within hospitality is preferred.

·       Basic understanding of restaurant or bar service, with a willingness to learn and develop.

·       Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills.

·       A team player who supports colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.

·       Good attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in orders and presentation.

·       Able to stay calm under pressure and respond positively to guest needs.

·       Professional, reliable, and well-presented at all times.

·       An ambassador for Hyde and Seek Hotel, delivering service with care, enthusiasm, and pride.
