It’s an exciting time to join us as a bartender.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Support the Bar Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient bar operations, maintaining high standards of service and quality.

·       Deliver a welcoming and engaging experience for guests, taking orders and serving drinks with confidence and efficiency.

·       Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality meet brand standards.

·       Maintain good knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and menu offerings to assist and recommend to guests.

·       Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.

·       Assist with stock control and minimise waste through careful handling of ingredients and supplies.

·       Follow all food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

·       Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service.

·       Represent Hyde and Seek Hotel with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.

About You:

·       Minimum 2 year experience as a bartender in a similar Food & Beverage role within a quality-driven hospitality environment.

·       Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations, with a passion for delivering great drinks.

·       Confident and approachable, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced bar setting.

·       A natural host who enjoys engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

·       Strong attention to detail in drink preparation, presentation, and service standards.

·       Good problem-solving skills, able to handle guest requests and resolve issues calmly.

·       Professional, reliable, and trustworthy, with a positive and proactive attitude.

·       An ambassador for Hyde and Seek Hotel, bringing energy, personality, and pride to every shift.
