Assistant Telesales Manager 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Telesales Team as an Assistant Manager operating from our Distribution Centre at St Columb, Cornwall.

We are a large South West Employer with a reputation for producing quality beer, that has fantastic Pubs and Hotels as well as a Distribution and Sales network across the South West that supports our 3rd party suppliers as well as our own. In joining this team, you will need to have customer service skills that are second to none, be able to work flexibly and have a passion for ensuring that our brand is at the forefront of everything you do.

What's it like to be an Assistant Telesales Manager 

No two days are ever the same. You will work within a fun and challenging environment as part of a wider Sales Team where there is always an opportunity for you to use your initiative and can really engage and build great relationships with customers externally and internally. As well as supporting the Sales Operations Manager and deputising in their absence, you will be looking after a team of people, which will include coaching, training, and general people management responsibilities, ensuring each day runs as efficiently and as effectively as possible. You will also be supporting the team in delivering the long-term plans that support the Company Strategy.

You will have full ownership of your accounts, presenting promotional offers, new products and developing business in collaboration with your designated SDM/Area Manager. You will spot opportunities to upsell and promote own brand products.
