We are seeking a seasonal (fixed term contract) Warehouse/Goods In Operative to join our award-winning distribution network and be part of the team at our Cornwall Distribution Centre in St Columb.

As a dedicated team member of the Distribution team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and timely while maintaining St Austell Brewery's fantastic reputation across the South West. You will be responsible for the processing of inbound orders,picking bulk orders for outbound deliveries and operating pallet truck equipment.

This role has a 40-hour working week, from Monday to Friday, and will require you to work bank holidays. Normal working hours are 8am until 4.30pm. 

The fixed term contract offered will begin immediately and finish on August 31st 2025.

About You

  • Reach truck and counter balance experience is essential
  • Good IT skills
  • A positive ‘can-do’ approach to all tasks.
  • An ability to solve problems and use your own initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A good working knowledge of Health and Safety and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
