We are looking for a full time enthusiastic Payroll / HR Administrator to join our amazing team in our Corporate Office in Murrieta. We are interviewing immediately for this position.

Job Description:

In this position, will be responsible for various HR / Payroll functions including but not limited to, timecard maintenance, payroll entries, employee file maintenance, and benefit enrollment.

Payroll / HR Administrator Responsibilities

  • Maintain all HR employee records including payroll and benefits

  • Creation and distribution of all payroll processing reports

  • Provide support for all employees regarding benefits, including updates and changes

  • Supervise the process and completion of all New Hire documentation ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements

  • Computer use for data entry, communication, and looking up requested information

  • Other duties as needed for position

Ideal candidate has

  • General knowledge of principles, practices and standards of human resources

  • Thorough understanding of the payroll process

  • Knowledge of various state and federal labor laws.

  • Ability to provide guidance to team members and managers regarding procedures, company policies and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Have exceptional verbal and communication skills and telephone etiquette

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as MS Word and MS Excel

  • Must possess a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Attention to details, accurate and highly organized

  • Maintain a tidy, professional work space

  • Dependable with a strong work ethic

  • Great team player that is willing to learn and grow in a great work environment in a fast-paced growing company
