Job Summary
An Area Coach is an energetic restaurant operations leader capable of leading and directing the growth of multiple restaurants. In this position, you will have the responsibility of overseeing the people, processes, and operations to drive excellence in day-to-day operations in your assigned stores. You will be the trainer, and coach, and recognize and motivate Restaurant General Managers, Assistant Unit Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Restaurant Teams. As the Area Coach, you will support managers and plan and set goals while focusing on in-store problem-solving/process improvement and standards.

Area Coaches are organized, open-minded, self-starters, creative, and extroverted personalities who give direction well and have a track record of consistently exceeding the guests' expectations. They demonstrate a growth mindset that can seize every new opportunity to get the job done more effectively and efficiently.

  • Motivate management teams to improve performance and capability through developing high-level talent
  • Ensures restaurant is 100% staffed and trained
  • Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to support the region and build a culture of recognition
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in P&L management and execution
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction
  • Demonstrates a goal-oriented mindset and ownership toward business results
  • Accountable for developing in-store managers and supervisors to ensure proper training and and processes followed
  • Hires, develops, and promotes a strong bench by consistently preparing management teams for growth opportunities
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, and deeply values customer service, food quality and guest experience
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and the ability to work alongside minors
  • Minimum of 3 years multi-unit restaurant management experience
