Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team! If you have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end financial tasks
  • Assist with VAT returns and payroll processing
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role (preferred)
  • AAT qualification (or studying towards) or relevant finance studies
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
