PURPOSE OF JOB
Confidently delivers the perfect cup of coffee to every customer with a genuine smile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
Your customer
To produce and prepare all products as set out in line with brand excellence standards.
Always maintain cleanliness and health and safety in store as set out in the safety log book.
To deliver the highest level of customer service that encourages positive sales and customer feedback.
To be knowledgeable and confident about all products and answer any customers queries, suggestive selling, and upselling as part of the ordering process.
Safely and accurately maintain stock.
Drive sales by replenishment of displays and fridges in line with Company guidelines and planograms.
Operate the till in line with brand till operation and cash handling procedures.
To maintain customer areas to Company standards.
Your team
To attend team meetings as required.
To pass all Company required training for this position.
To attend work for your designated shifts.
experience
Experience of having worked as part of a team and in a customer facing environment.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
