We have an exciting opportunity for a Mini Bar Attendant to join our highly successful team at our Covent Garden Hotel. As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring their minibars are fully stocked and impeccably maintained. This role involves taking inventory, replenishing items, and maintaining general cleanliness to uphold our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure minibars are fully stocked and items are fresh.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of minibars in guest rooms.
- Provide exceptional service and attend to guest requests related to minibar items.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What you Need:
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding service to our guests.
- Meticulous approach to maintaining standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with guests and colleagues seamlessly.
