As a Host at Covent Garden Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

• Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests
• Managing reservations and ensuring an efficient flow of guests
• Assisting with special requests and accommodating guest needs
• Collaborating with the restaurant team to provide seamless service

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people effortlessly
• Enthusiasm, warmth, and a positive attitude
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• Previous experience in a similar environment is a plus, but not essential
