As the Head Bartender, you will lead our exceptional bar team to provide guests with inspirational service and delightful drinks. Your creativity and expertise will shine as you prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Create and serve a diverse selection of cocktails and beverages, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and taste.
• Train, mentor, and supervise bar team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Engage with guests, providing personalised service and enhancing their experience.
• Manage inventory, orders, and supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked and cost-effective. Uphold all health and safety regulations and ensure the bar area is clean and organised.
