As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring our guests enjoy a sophisticated and vibrant atmosphere with the highest standards of service. You will work closely with senior management and your team to exceed guest expectations and maintain the esteemed reputation of Firmdale Hotels.

• Manage daily bar operations and bar floor activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Conduct training sessions on service standards and product knowledge to inspire and elevate your team’s performance.
• Maintain clear communication with senior management through detailed shift handover reports and effective teamwork.
• Handle cashing up procedures and monitor sales, ensuring optimal standards of upselling are consistently met.
• Maintain an excellent command of the bar menu and wine list, and assist the Bar Manager with stock take and ordering.
• Deliver a personalised and exceptional guest experience by demonstrating superb attention to detail and a deep understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits.

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender in a fast-paced, luxury venue.
• Strong communication skills, superb attention to detail, and an exceptional understanding of mixology, wines, and spirits.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team through effective training and solid leadership.
• Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for delivering high standards.
• The drive and resilience to get things right the first time and handle challenges effectively.
