As a Room Service Waiter at Covent Garden Hotel, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' stay by providing exceptional in-room dining experiences.

• Taking and processing guests' orders with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• Making personalised recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Delivering food and beverages promptly and ensuring accuracy.
• Attending to any additional guest requests with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
• Ensure every order is perfect and all guest requests are met.
• A genuine dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Efficiently manage tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
