In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our uniquely styled rooms, ensuring that each guest enjoys a luxurious and comfortable stay.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring attention to detail in every aspect.
• Refresh rooms in the evening, including turndown service, to provide a welcoming environment for returning guests.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet the hotel's operational demands.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the housekeeping department.
• Assist guests with any requests or questions, providing exceptional customer service.
