Job: Room Attendant at Cowley Manor

Based in: Cowley, Cheltenham

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Greet hotel guests and respond positively to their queries.

·       Change bed linen and make beds.

·       Replace used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.

·       Sweep and mop floors.

·       Vacuum carpets.

·       Dust and polish furniture.

·       Empty trash containers and ashtrays.

·       Check the mini bar, adding up the daily drinks bill and refilling it.

·       Report any technical issues, damages, and maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager.

·       Return and restock cleaning cart at shift end.

·       Collect laundry and dry cleaning for guests.

·       Sort and count linen and towels for collection by the laundry company.

·       Comply to all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
