• Responsible for managing repairs, either in person or through subcontractors, respond to daily engineering issues and perform proactive routine maintenance and equipment inspection, being fully aware of Health & Safety legislation.

• Knowledge of BMS controls, heating & air conditioning equipment and the general functioning of equipment such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical and TV controls
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Risk assessments
