An amazing opportunity is now available to join the COYA City team as we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant General Manager to join the COYA family.

As an Assistant General Manager  at COYA CITY you can expect:

The ideal Assistant General Manager will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of senior management experience in a similar luxury & lifestyle venue in the City of London
  • Proven ability to support the GM in daily operations
  • Impeccable presentation and a strong sense of personal style, reflecting COYA's luxury ethos
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • A sharp eye for detail and a drive for excellence in service standards and guest experience
  • Ability to build relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential
  • A collaborative mindset and flexibility to work varied shifts, potentially including weekends and late nights if possible
