An amazing opportunity is now available to join the COYA City Team as we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Receptionist to join the COYA family.

As a Reservation Agent at COYA Mayfair you can expect:

The ideal Senior Receptionist will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in high-end brand.
  • Advanced knowledge of OpenTable or Seven Rooms
  • Immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to requests.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong people management skills and experience with managing a team.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests
  • Must be friendly and attentive.
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Must have high level of both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to motivate and drive the team.
  • An excellent team player.
