We’re looking for outgoing, energetic front of house team members who love being around people and delivering brilliant service. If you enjoy creating great guest experiences, working in a lively pub environment, and learning about food and drink, this role is for you. This hours available will mainly be centred around weekends, with Sunday am important, and key trading day for the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm welcome

• Taking food and drink orders confidently and accurately

• Serving drinks quickly, efficiently and with great presentation

• Knowing the menus inside out and recommending dishes and drinks

• Keeping the bar, floor and guest areas clean and organised

• Creating memorable guest experiences every shift

What we’re looking for

• Experience in pubs, bars or restaurants as bar or floor team member

• A people person with energy, confidence and positivity

• Passion for hospitality, service and working in a team

• Willingness to learn all aspects of front of house and develop skills

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

• Bonus: knowledge or enthusiasm for craft beer and quality drinks
