Bar Lounge Manager - Beaconsfield - Boutique Hotel

Here at the Crazy Bear, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational Cocktail Lounge Manager to lead our bar floor team. This is a crucial position within our hotel that carries direct responsibility for our busy and flamboyant bar, lounge, and terrace areas. This is a fast paced and exciting role that will require a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude. You will need to be a leader who can support and enthuse your team, whilst ensuring that the highest standards of care and service are delivered out throughout the department.

The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.

What the Bar Lounge Manager will be doing.

• Managing and motivating the team, whilst also liaising with other heads of department to ensure constant excellence throughout
• Overseeing all bar and lounge areas; making sure they are maintained to the highest standard and kept looking immaculate
• Ensuring that each guest receives prompt and outstanding personal service
• Managing guest feedback, including complaints, quickly and efficiently
• Rota planning and scheduling, ensuring that deadlines are met, and overseeing the daily shifts of all bar floor staff with a hands-on approach, including assigning opening and closing duties and leading by example
• Working with the senior management team in the training and development of new staff
