Hotel Receptionist – Boutique Hotel

We are currently looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist who has a solid background in customer service and knows how to provide a warm, welcoming experience for our guests. This position will be for our unique hotel and restaurant.

The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.  

Hotel Receptionists are responsible for fabulous first impressions, pre-prepared guest welcome and immaculate administration, including:

• Hotel guests’ welcome with check-in administration
• Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information
• Liaising with all departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest including special requests
• Hotel guests’ departure with check-out administration including payments
• Office duties including filing, reporting, etc
• Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries / reservations, offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms, dining and Thai massage services, and up-sell other products
