We are looking for an experience Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Crazy Goose.
Our obsession with going above and beyond is inspired by the Persian concept of “Nooshe jân”. Used in a similar way to “bon appetit”, it also has a deeper meaning that translates more like “may it nourish your soul”. Because the experience we want to create goes way beyond a nice meal. We talk about our drinks, service, and atmosphere because we know they’re as important to customers as our food.
Every detail, from the quality of the ingredients, to the lighting, acoustics, and the pacing of the meal, feeds the feeling of well-being our customers leave with.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will passionate, driven, and enthusiastic about working in an environment that has a neighbourhood feel and delivers an exceptional guest experience. Your passion, flexibility and leadership skills mean you will keep your eyes on everything as well as supporting the General Manager with strategic planning and targets whilst motivating and inspiring the team to deliver the best guest experience.

· Experience in a high-volume restaurant
· A genuine passion for delivering and exceptional guest experience

· Maintain a professional manner while under pressure
· Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
