• Is a self-motivated natural team player who thrives under pressure
• Has a keen eye for detail on the restaurant floor
• Has experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Has a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Is an enthusiastic and confident figure who is able to motivate and inspire the team in a busy environment
• Maintains a professional manner while under pressure
• Has excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is eligible to work full-time in the UK
