Purpose of the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-curious Junior CRM Executive to support our CRM team. This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity in customer relationship management (CRM), working closely with the CRM Manager and other key departments to execute campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail. The ideal candidate is organised, eager to learn and has a passion for data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
· Assist the CRM Manager in executing business-as-usual (BAU) and automated email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
· Support in tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing insights to help optimise strategies for engagement and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for email and SMS that aligns with brand guidelines.
· Participate in the segmentation of customer data to target campaigns effectively, learning how to apply insights to improve customer retention.
· Contribute to the test-and-learn process across CRM channels, helping to implement new ideas and strategies.
· Help manage the customer data systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the CRM Manager, including scheduling campaigns and assisting with reporting.
Key Skills
· Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
· Detail-oriented and proactive, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
· Comfortable working with data and numbers, with an interest in drawing insights from customer behaviour.
Desirable
· Basic awareness or experience with CRM systems or email marketing (preferred but not required).
· An interest in content creation and creativity, with a passion for helping to develop engaging and relevant marketing campaigns.
