PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Junior Customer Analyst, you’ll support the Data & Insights team in delivering analysis, reporting and insight across ecommerce and retail channels. Working closely with the Senior Customer Analyst, you’ll help prepare data, build dashboards, and assist in translating performance into actionable business learnings.
You’ll gain exposure to the Group’s data strategy, tooling, and modelling approach — with opportunities to grow your technical and commercial skills through on-the-job learning and mentorship.
