Purpose of the role:

Ready to drive ecommerce growth for one of the UK’s fastest growing fashion destinations? We’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead the charge on online trading, optimising the customer journey, and driving commercial success across our multi-brand platform.
You’ll own the online sales performance, working closely with analytics & CRM, buying, merchandising, marketing, and UX teams to deliver an exceptional digital experience. You’ll thrive on data, love fashion, and know how to balance creativity with commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the ecommerce trading strategy, hitting sales, margin & conversion targets
  • Manage onsite optimisation — from category performance to promotions & product placement
  • Collaborate across buying, marketing, and UX to align trading priorities 
  • Use analytics & insights to drive smarter decisions and improve the customer journey
  • Coach and develop the ecommerce team, bringing energy and expertise

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in ecommerce trading, ideally fashion or multi-brand retail
  • Strong commercial mindset, data-driven with a passion for online growth
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Salesforce, Magento,)
  • Leadership skills — you know how to inspire and empower a team
  • A love for fashion, trends, and creating best-in-class digital experiences
