Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Assistant to play a pivotal role in the coordination of our photoshoot and production processes. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure our photoshoot samples and styling sessions are impeccably managed and organised. From supporting weekly e-commerce shoot preparation to assisting on set and contributing to campaign outfitting sessions, your hands-on involvement will enhance our production's efficiency and creativity.

Responsibilities

Sample Management:

  • Weekly logging of all photoshoot samples from all departments
  • Responsible for keeping sample rooms organised and tidy
  • Noting all styling notes from buying & design teams
  • Keeping track of all samples going to and from studio, ensuring all required samples are available when needed
  • Managing in-house studio sample room
  • Attend weekly product launch meetings for sample status updates & product info from buying and merchandising teams
  • Liaise with social and marketing teams on seasonal samples needed for events & shoots
  • Booking couriers when needed 

Shoot production:

  • Assist production coordinators with weekly ecom shoot packing
  • Prep product rails and meeting room for campaign outfitting sessions
  • Support stylist & team in outfitting sessions as required
  • Ad hoc support for stylists e.g., steaming and clothing preparation when required
  • Assist on shoots when required, working across production & styling functions
  • Ensuring production kit is packed away safely and flagging when restock needed
  • Maintaining prop inventory & keeping prop rooms organised
  • Assist with model castings

Ad Hoc

  • Admin Requests
  • Actioning PR Shoot requests

Essential Skills:

  2. Attention to detail: Noting styling specifics and tracking items accurately.
  3. Time management: Handling multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  4. Team player: Collaborating effectively with stylists and production teams.
  5. Communication skills: Clear and professional interaction with teams and partners.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Previous experience in sample management or shoot production: Familiarity with the fashion production process.
